The IGWT Leasing Process
Here’s what to do and what to expect each step of the way.
Step 1 GET THE ORDER!
Close the sale. Use IGWT Leasing Service Fax Quote. This demonstrates how a client can acquire new equipment today for little money down with low monthly payments that are offset by the savings from the new equipment. Call us* toll free at 888-472-1824 for answers to any questions.
Step 2 CREDIT APPROVAL
Customer completes signs and faxes IGWT's one page lease application. Be sure to have a signed sales order to protect yourself from comparison shopping before we are asked to approve your customer’s credit. Transactions up to $75,000 normally only require this application. Larger transactions require additional financial information. We* will research and verify your customer’s established personal and business credit history. You should expect a reply in 48 to 72 hours.
We* then notify both the dealer and the customer, via phone and/or fax, of the credit approval. At this time we need a copy of the signed Sales Order from the customer, or a faxed invoice from you, itemizing a description of the equipment to be installed.
Step 3 DOCUMENTS
We* prepare and send out the Lease Agreement and other documents to your customer upon receipt of the Sales Order. Invoicing instructions will also be included. We use overnight courier service and provide a free return overnight envelope to the customer to expedite getting these documents and deposits returned to us.
Step 4 PURCHASE ORDER
We will fax you a Purchase Order the same day we receive your customer’s signed documents, if required. You can now install or ship the equipment, and have the confidence of knowing you will be paid promptly upon completion.
Step 5 INVOICING AND PAYMENT
Once the job is completed, we will need the original invoice to release the check. This invoice plus your customer’s written and verbal acceptance gets a dealer paid within two to five business days. Checks are sent out using overnight courier.
* We handle the processing of your customer's paperwork. We will contact your customers if more information is needed. We will do the work so that your salespeople are selling, not chasing paperwork.
